Change of address with Home Affairs
If you have lodged a visa application, the Department needs to be able to reach you. The quickest way to update your contact details is in ImmiAccount, and the update happens straight away. Tell the Department if you will live at a different residential address for more than 14 days, or if your postal address changes. Never share your ImmiAccount password or login codes with anyone.

If something has gone wrong with your application
A missed deadline, a request you do not understand, a refusal or a cancellation can be hard to deal with alone. If that has happened, talk to a lawyer before you reply to the Department.
