Who We Are
Visa Plan is a team of Australian lawyers, collectively bringing decades of legal practice experience to every matter we handle. Our lawyers are admitted and qualified in Australia, and our practice is registered with the Legal Services Board of Victoria.
We are not a volume-based practice. We take on matters we can handle well, and the solicitor who prepares an application also runs any Administrative Review Tribunal or Federal Court step that follows. Our principal, James Bae, Managing Director and Principal Immigration Lawyer, has represented the Australian Government at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
