DAMA Employer Registry

Find DAMA Employers in Australia

This registry lists all 3,263 businesses currently holding active Designated Area Migration Agreements (DAMAs) across Australia, as published by the Department of Home Affairs. If you are a skilled worker seeking DAMA sponsorship, select your target region to view employers with active agreements in that area.

What is the DAMA Employer Registry?

The Department of Home Affairs publishes a list of all businesses currently holding approved Labour Agreements, including Designated Area Migration Agreements. This registry is drawn from that published list and organised by DAMA region to help skilled workers identify employers who are already approved to sponsor overseas workers under DAMA terms.

A business appearing on this registry has an active DAMA Labour Agreement with the Department of Home Affairs. This means they have already completed the endorsement process and can nominate overseas workers for the 482 Skills in Demand visa and the 186 Employer Nominated Scheme under the applicable DAMA terms.

This registry is current as at 18 February 2026. The Department updates this list periodically. Not all businesses with active agreements may be actively recruiting.

For skilled workers seeking DAMA sponsorship

Identify your region

Select the DAMA region where you would like to work. Each DAMA covers a specific geographic area. Employers listed in each region have active agreements that may allow them to sponsor workers under DAMA concessions.

Research the employer

Use the business name to research the employer directly. DAMA agreements do not guarantee that the employer is currently recruiting. Contact the employer directly to enquire about opportunities.

Confirm your occupation

Your occupation must be on the occupation list for the applicable DAMA. Not all occupations are available under every DAMA. Visa Plan can confirm whether your occupation is covered before you approach an employer.

Seek legal advice

DAMA sponsorship involves multiple stages and conditions specific to each agreement. Visa Plan can advise on your eligibility, the applicable DAMA concessions, and the visa pathway from sponsorship to permanent residence.
